Hi all,

during the current Drawing Conclusions meeting here in Cambridge we discussed 
that Skype is very helpful also for textual chats, but also that it 
is "considered evil".
Since quite a while we have a flexible alternative: A Jabber server. Find all 
the important information here:

The information is perhaps a little bit out dated. But Jabber/XMPP is quite 
common today, so you know most likely what to do and which client to use.
There is for example one company using it: http://www.google.com/talk/
Perhaps you already know this company ;)
