I am not familiar with what soapui is expecting, but I would assume that
true XML Schema (i.e. XSD files) would be acceptable. MSV
(https://msv.dev.java.net/) can generate XSD files from source RELAX-NG
files, and in fact this is a default behavior that the 'test' scripts in
the schema repository exhibit. As developers are testing what they have
created it will not be a hardship for them to save the output XSD files
and pass these along to the testing team(s).
