I didn't add this because the Release Team didn't mention it was
needed (not sure if client apps support it). Maybe this should be
clarified.

Any change that you make should be documented if we are to have
completely interoperable services. New developers will look to the
design documents when they implement parallel implementations, so
features and protocol enhancements/omissions should be noted.

I understand. I added time stuff after some discussion with you and Jeff some time ago (if I remember correctly).
To be honest recently I'm a bit lost what should I add to documentation (and implementation) and who to ask for to get approval. So I wait for instructions from WI leaders or the Release Team.
