The idea itself is fine and I doubt anyone will fight this as long as
backwards compatibility is kept; we can move beyond agreement that
something needs to be done and start moving to the 'do' phase. If this
is to be acting on quickly for your service(s) than examples (as Jeff
sent) are the best way to get the pro/con discussion going.
