Hi Roman and Szymon,

I can think of the following last steps before finalizing the structure:

1. The doc directory:
We need to create the following directories under doc
/javadoc  (mandatory for java based web services)
/schemas (mandatory for all web service software)

2. Can you create a document explaining the svn structure?

The document should clearly state which directories are mandatory, which 
ones are optional and where should files be stored (including types of 
files). The information here: 
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/New_SVN_Structure_2007 
should  help with some content for this document.
The purpose of this document is to ensure that similar structure is 
followed and information is organized in a similar manner. The target 
audience for this document should be new developers.

3. Specifications of perfSONAR base
From release management point of view, our interests are to make sure 
that functionality available in perfSONAR base (especially the ant 
targets) are widely used and not re-created unnecessarily. This helps in 
easy maintenance.
For this, we need some kind of a specifications document which explains 
what features are available and how to make use of them. (especially the 
ant targets).


After we address the above points, Gijs, could you follow them for your 
service (I noticed that you have put some schema files in a schema 
directory)
