During the last JRA1 meeting it was decided that individual teams will 
do the release management for their own services. The release management 
team will do the bundle release.

The majority of the wiki content on release management process that you 
have mentioned below explains what happens *before the handover*. It is 
a very good document - no doubt. But it has been written keeping in mind 
that all perfSONAR services will have just one release management which 
is not the case anymore. Hence, without it being re-worded to suit the 
current case, I am afraid it can lead to confusion.

I request all the developers to go through the hand over document first 
and try to get the picture on what is expected from their development 
teams. You can go through the link suggested by Roman below keeping in 
mind that each development team will have to do their own release 
management...
