Hi,

today I've also read the release document prepared by Jeff and Luis some 
time ago 
(http://monstera.man.poznan.pl/jra1-wiki/index.php/Release_Management_Process). 
There are some more detailed information which could be taken to the 
hand-over document (mainly time constraints).
