Michalis, can you please create a new directory under perfSONAR trunk. You can choose a name of your choice but please keep it general to the entire activity of functional testing..(something like 'func-testing')..

Within this directory, I think we will need more directories, each for a service. For example: RRDTypeMA. A service such as LS could have more sub-directories underneath the dedicate directory such as /ant, /sources, /build, /conf, /doc, etc..Of course, these directories would be different for functional testing scripts written in perl...

Loukik.

Hi Michalis,

I can't think of an answer easily../

There are two suggestions...The first one is what I was thinking but not sure...The second one was what Roman was suggesting..

1) new project on the svn (perfSONAR-testing)

2) /perfsonar/trunk/func-tests
(or any such directory name but under trunk)...

For both above solutions, the directory won't be straight forward because we have perl sources for some services and we have java programs (and ant targets) for some other...

Anybody else has any other suggestions?

I highly recommend the second one. The first one would be a pain administratively, for no functional advantage over the second.
