perfsonar development work

Michalis, can you please create a new directory under perfSONAR trunk. 
You can choose a name of your choice but please keep it general to the 
entire activity of functional testing..(something like 'func-testing')..

Within this directory, I think we will need more directories, each for a 
service. For example: RRDTypeMA. A service such as LS could have more 
sub-directories underneath the dedicate directory such as /ant, 
/sources, /build, /conf, /doc, etc..Of course, these directories would 
be different for functional testing scripts written in perl...
