I don't know if that's the best. I can actually believe that the
"domain" of a service is a first-class bit of information. I'm
also wondering if it is tied to the AS functionality somehow.
(It would also help control the mLS functionality, wouldn't
it?)
What if a topology service is serving information for multiple domains, do we necessarily want all of that information in the service level description? To me this is 'data', it is something that a service has, but does not define the existence of the service.
