The Flash version seems okay on Linux Chrome 41.0.2272.89 (getting
700+ Mbps uploads). However, I'm also seeing numbers in the 200-300 Mbps
range for uploads on Windows 7 (both Chrome and Firefox, having troubles
getting IE to work though).
