Title: Ashamed to ask but...

If I want to add another page to my server where do I add it, I want to add information about the speed test server and I have created a page but unsure where to put it, I have put it in the same dir as the rest of the NDT pages but when I click the link the page does not exist as it points to http://sitename.co.uk/here where should I put the page or what should I put for the URL
