OpenSAML user discussion

For what it matters, the reason for using SFL4J was because I knew
people would be using the library in environments quite different than
the IdP and they would have various logging constraints.  So, yeah you
need to read up a bit on the area but the upside is that you'll have
much better integration with whatever logging framework you have to use.
