Hi, I use the program tortoiseSVN for downloading the svn and I can't connect to the server:

Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/java-tooling/tags/1.0-alpha1' Error: PROPFIND of '/java-tooling/tags/1.0-alpha1': could not connect to server (https://svn.middleware.georgetown.edu)
It doesn't matter if I only put java-tooling, it doesn't work.
