I have it on my laptop, eventually I'll be posting it. Perhaps somebody else
who's built it can make their copy available. The project conversion is
automatic from VC6, I didn't have to do much of anything to it anyway.

I suppose I can do so for log4cpp sooner rather than later, as it's not
really changing and I still have to ship my own version to fix all the
thread bugs. The rest of the dependency set is not frozen, although it's
looking more and more like Xerces 3.0 is not gonna happen soon.
