Where can I can the VC 8.0 binaries for log4cpp or alternatively a project
file?

I've never built Xalan nor xmlsec with Xalan enabled, but seeing as that
says msvc_60 in the path, there's no possible way that will work as is. It
probably won't link and it wouldn't work even if it did.
