Kim et all,

Here are a few initial thoughts on the kind of the key questions a
pilot would ideally help us answer. Please feel free to add to the
list.

o Teaching & Learning
- What were the observed learning outcomes of integrating these
resources into the classroom?
- How do these resources align with particular learning standards in
the various pilot schools?

o Technical:
- confirm the min bandwidth requirements necessary for a successful experience
- identify any challenges in using any of the software required to
operate the instrument

o Scalability:
- what are the start up and ongoing costs associated with providing
these resources/services?
- what kind of training is required for students/teachers to be successful?
-

If these seem reasonable to everyone, perhaps they can serve as
initial discussion points about the pilot project during the follow up
calls with the potential resource providers. It may well be too early
to invite them to participate. I'm at least hoping a few will be
willing to continue exploring the possibilities.
