In our dev environment we keep getting:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Stopwatch already started

happening every so often. We only see it in dev which we used to test the pspng code when it came out a while ago. However ever since we did that it will just randomly find the classic psp will stop working and I have to update the changelog bookmark for "psp".

It's not happening in prod so I'm wondering if there could be a data issue that causes it to happen, and if so where I might find it.
