Thanks Chris.

I created a Servlet and copied the war file/deployed under the same tomcat
that Grouper engine is installed.  I copied all the jar files to the
web-inf/lib folder.  copied all xml files (including sources.xml) to the
web-inf/classes folder, also copied the entire conf folder into the web-inf
folder.

I'm still getting this error when I try to execute the grouper code in the
servlet. (startRootSession).

couldn't startup grouper: error initializing the source manager.

Please let me know if I should be doing this differently or if I'm missing any
other file(s).
