SVN is probably up to date, but instead I would go to your web service 
installation and do this:

https://servername.school.edu/grouper-ws/services/GrouperService_v2_1?wsdl

Note, there is versioning here so things are backwards compatible.  Each 
major/minor (builds wouldn't change wsdl) version of Grouper which changes 
the wsdl in a non backwards compatible way (i.e. new inputs are ok, but 
changing outputs is not) gets a new wsdl.

https://servername.school.edu/grouper-ws/services/GrouperService_v2_0?wsdl
https://servername.school.edu/grouper-ws/services/GrouperService_v2_1?wsdl

Newer versions of Grouper will get a new wsdl (if needed)
