I see this message

it doesn't help me...a set of LANG variable to fr_FR doesn't work to 
display accent.
I code the text in nav.properties with entity (&eacute; for example)  
and so, it work for these messages but it doesn't work for datas that 
come from base postgresql or ldap and it's only LiteUI, it's ok for 
Grouper-ui.


I continue my search...
