Hello,

I obtain accentuation characters with grouper-ui but not with liteUI 
(see screens). I don't understand why because I modify init.properties 
for default.locale=fr_FR
I also add the meta here for LiteUI :
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

An idea ?
