This must have been my mistake when revving the wiki from 1.3.0 to 
1.3.1. There indeed remained one pathway into two of the interim 
v1.3.1-* pages. That's fixed.

I don't *think* basic UI config/install has changed since v1.2.1, unless 
you want to customize tooltips and infodots. Admittedly, their 
configuration is buried in the wiki, linked from within the release notes.
