Grouper Users - Open Discussion List

I've managed to mess the Grouper v1.3.0 release up a bit, affecting the 
UI and QuickStart components. I expect to have the situation remedied 
tomorrow. It is possible that in many environments they will operate 
entirely normally, but in others they might not.

The API and Web Services components are unaffected.
