3. user selectability of (immediate only, effective only, both) display 
of membership (ie, "hasMember" type or GrouperGroup.list*Vals). Dittofor 
display of isMemberOf type membership (ie, GrouperMember.list*Vals). 
What about selecting any other list field?

4. slating fixes & enhancements into 0.5.1, a possible 0.5.2, 0.6, and
later releases (cf. email to be sent to grouper-dev by blair). Note that
0.6 is to be the initial release of the UI, so by that time the API must
include appropriate UI support.
