As I understand, Cisco ships the same version to Europe. When I have
received the two I ordered, I can check the firmware version to be sure.
Power adapter had to be ordered separately, which sort of confirms this
theory.
Of course, regular PSTN phones are different because of different
analogue and ISDN interfaces. VoIP-PSTN gateways therefor may ship in
different versions, though I've seen several that have a respectable set
of interfaces on board (T1/E1/J1, ISDN30/2, POTS in several flavors
etc). I'll doublecheck any equipment that I'll test on this issue, but I
will not be testing much gear in the gateway area.
