  Forgive the possibly pretty dumb question.  Are ip phones sold in
Europe, and elsewhere around the globe, the same as the versions sold in
the US?  I suppose power wouldn't be the same.  Are there any functional
differences?  For example, are there features used in Europe but not in
the US that are built-in?  Or, vice versa?
