There are
still openings in the CIPT course in Madison, WI Nov 4-8. This course has already met the minimum class enrollment and will
not be cancelled for any reason other than an absolute emergency. This is rare
opportunity to attend this course conveniently in the Madison area.
Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT) is
an in-depth week-long course on configuring the Cisco Call Manager and related
devices. The University of Wisconsin is working with a Cisco training partner
(Skyline) to offer this class in Madison, Wisconsin November 4-8. Although
UW has coordinated this course, we are inviting attendees from outside of the UW
system. See below and the attachment for
details.

The Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT) five-day course focuses on the Cisco CallManager
product and the devices that register to Cisco CallManager to complete

exercises that challenge the student to install, configure, and monitor a
Cisco Call Manager cluster of CIPT components. The course is filled with
best practices and deployment tips gathered from CIPT technical marketing
engineers. The course also provides students with job aids and configuration
guides to take onsite or back to a lab environment to test deployment
issues prior to the their deployments. During the week, the student will have
opportunities to install and configure a Cisco IP Telephony solution and will
work with a team to design and build a Cisco deployment model. The course
