Some items for this week's call:

* Loose federation: server-to-server encryption status [jorj, scotty]
Jorj and Scotty have discussing this. Jorj reconfigured the pic server.

* FMM talk preparation [tim, jorj]
Jorj sent Tim email. Tim is on vacation this week.

* SAML, OAUTH and XMPP [?]
Needs more discussion make XMPP authenticated.  Should we shibbolize  
some jabber clients?

* CoManage communication progress [tim]
no status

* Google Wave [jorj]
This is still a research project, use for lightweight communications.
