I believe that presence information will go away if you go offline, not 
sure if that happened in this case.  It will happen automatically if you 
don't use the client for a period of time (configurable under your 
Settings).

The next time you notice a failure, please take a look at the Diagnostic 
Log and examine the message header called Subscription State.  It should 
indicate the expires time decrementing over time until your subscription 
expires.  After that it won't get presence updates.  Save the Diagnostic 
Log before you restart the client.  If you have found a bug we need to 
get that data to Xten.

I don't think setting Refresh Interval to 0 would work at all, did it?
