Joe,
Most of all, good start. A couple of notes follow.
SIP.edu is formally a project of the VoIP working group and does not
belong on our agenda at all. As it happens Ben is flywheel for PIC and
SIP.edu and I participate in SIP.edu so the ties are fairly strong but
it isn't PIC.
At least one of these items got a little push back on the last call.
I'm pretty sure of that because I did the pushing. We're going to
prioritize, right?
I suggest that our top priority be stability and that we figure out
a way to work that goal into our model. Despite the glow after the last
MM, my sense is we're a long way from basic useability. Let's get the
basics solid.
