Title: Today's agenda

I've divided the tasks presented to the list thus far into (hopefully) logical groupings, and suggested a person to head up each of the separate groups.  I would encourage those named to recruit help for each of the sub-groups to tackle the tasks.

If anyone wants something else on the agenda, please contact me before the meeting or let me know at the start of the meeting so that we can make sure to include it.
