 I get the MIT "University is
open and operating as usual" hotline.   The MIT address however seems
to loose audio after the greeting plays for a few seconds. Right about the
time the woman begins to give the emergency web site URL.

   When audio disappears I remain connected to the above address. I
manually disconnect before any timeout period is reached.
