Title: Project status

All,
I have officially gotten the go ahead to assume the project manager role.  Hopefully this is a good thing!

First order of business then become the client requirements document.  According to the minutes from the last meeting, Deke and Ben are waiting on these in order to talk to Apple and Microsoft respectively.  Jamie had posted a rough outline during the meeting last, and Bob had volunteered to help Jamie with getting the first draft together.  We would like to have a working draft in time for tomorrow's meeting so that we can start to chase our leads for other clients.  If there is anything that I can do to help this along, please contact me.

Secondly, I contacted Mike Jones regarding the "video bug" idea.  I would like to set up a time with Art and Mike so we can educate Mike on our current setup, and take it from there.  Art if you could please either email me or call me directly, we could take that offline.

Lastly, if there are any other items that need to be taken care of that weren't on the action items list from last week, please let me know.  I am here to do your bidding!
