If still TXing at 2:20pm EST, I cannot receive that stream in Maine (via the NoX).

Nor do I see a source for it via MSDP.

If this stream is to verify mcast capability, I would not equate successful TX'ing as proof of ability to RX.

A flat out WAG here, but looking for a difference in the sites you list, I think those sites that can see you are/were NLR (Packetnet) sites, those that cannot are not.

Backing up, I'd verify mcast setup with your upstream I2 provider (provided by LEARN?) and see if they can RX both your stream as well as those from NOAA.
