229.2 - no stream?

229.3 - is fine.

12.5 - color bars

12.2 - looks like no video input to the codec (?)

RTP streams

12.6 - block/low resolution

12.8 - stop & go

12.10 - static shot of a chair in front of color vars

Was hoping I could get some verification on the NOAA Okeanos streams. It's that time of year again and our oceanographers in the northeast are all excited.  Some appear to be working while others are pixelating pretty badly.
