I'm seeing the multicast quite well via StreamPlayer on a Windows PC.
Question: There does not appear to be a SAP for this broadcast, and I'm
interested to learn why not?

viewable with your favorite MPEG2 tool. Unfortunately I am seeing some
video and audio problems with the stream so we wanted to ask for someone
outside NYSERNet to have a look. . .
