Chris Pearson (ACM) and Abiel Reinhart (Pomona/UO) have
ported mtrace to Windows 2000/XP. winmtrace won't work on
Windows 9x/ME because they don't have modern TCP/IP stacks.

Grab the executable and let me know if you get any results,
good or bad. The long term plan is to roll these changes
into the mtrace source code maintained by the illustrious
Bill Fenner so that Windows is a supported platform.
