NYCM and NYCMng aren't mine; they're part of the Abilene backbone. 
But Phil Pishioneri and I have been seeing odd behavior all this week 
on the PAOTW feed, seeming to show a one-way partition between North 
America and Europe. To see it, look at the pattern of senders and 
receivers visible locally, and what the FUNET NOC reports. 
Unfortunately I haven't had time to dig into it, but a problem at 
NYCMng could certainly explain things.
