Hello there,

        I am assuming Access Grid services (such as lectures,
meetings/collaboration sessions), IP TV and MAC TV for some simulation.

        I require some QoS parameters in terms of Diffserv's {PHB,
Traffic Profile} to assume.

        If you assume best-effort for such services, then
            (i) what type of QoS is achieved ?
            (ii) is this acceptable to the customer?
            (iii) are some QoS-adaptive functions assumed somewhere?
