   This one had slipped by me - is registration still open ?

I would like to bring up the f unsuccessful receiver reports we have received 
lately
from colleges that previous had multicast connectivity. Here is a partial 
list :

 128.173.12.23    | d | other      |       |  bej-bsd.cns.vt.edu 
 128.233.2.156    | d | other      |       |  limpet.usask.ca 
 134.193.136.4    | d | other      |       |  kc-popmusic.kc.umkc.edu 
 134.193.44.211   | d | other      |       |  umkc-jazz-nt1.umkc.edu 
 
(These are all IP addresses that previously had successful reception reports.)

It is disconcerting to see sites that formerly seemed to have
good multicast connectivity loose it.
