Are people (currently) able to see this announcement? I can
see both the sdr/SAP announcement and the SA in a neighboring AS,
so, I know it is getting out there, but, there may be some other
MSDP trouble somewhere.

Folks who are not seeing it: please do a simple mtraces to/from
so I can see what neighbor you are trying to come in through.
