Anyone clued in as to why I can't receive (well, most folks, as listed
at the sdr monitor site) the NASA TV announcement, and yet can receive
the data streams if I manually start them up?
Both appear to originate from the same IP address (131.182.10.250).
To save you having to look up the announcement, here's what sdr monitor
has:
