Philip,

I believe NASA is aware of this problem. I was working with
Hugh Lamaster on getting an MPEG-1 source of NASA TV pinned
up, and we ran into the same behavior; announcements=no,
sources=yes.

I believe when Hugh gets a spare moment, he'll be able to
debug this problem, right Hugh?
