Are you seeing similar losses to Cornell (AS 26)?

We have multicast peering with both NYSERNet (NYSERNet 2000) and vBNS, 
and though I thought we were reaching you through our vBNS connection (a 
lot has changed since then -- early Jan.), an mtrace on the access grid 
beacon group looks similar to what you showed:
