Yeah, sorry for the confusion. I just happened to notice this while trying
to figure out why my (IU's) SA's weren't getting to Abilene; Which turned out
to be a mBGP on campus. I noticed because we usually only announce a handful
of SA's, but we announcing about 50-60, most of which were for 229.55.150.208.
This was completely separate from the problems we saw over the weekend WRT
the
port scans.
