Various...

One 12.0.3 XE2 MSFC shows restarted by bus error
Two 12.0.3 XE2 MSFCs show restarted by power on, even though the
supers show no power problems at all, but do log the slot 15 restart!
A third 12.0.3 XE2 MSFC shows restarted by power on, and has to be 
reset manually when it fails.

One 12.0.7 XE1 MSFC shows restarted by power on, and has to be reset
manually when it fails.

(been waiting for a DHCP fix!)
