SIP in higher education

For what it's worth, the new SIP-to-Skype gateway software is now 
available on the rsdevs.com site with arbitrary Skype destinations. 
It's $39.95, which is a bit expensive, but you could create a single 
outbound caller that functions as your Skype "trunk" to any number of 
destination users.

(Note: I'm not associated with the vendor except that I have paid for 
those changes to be implemented to my specifications. I don't get
