SIP in higher education

  Assuming Yul isn't on this list (or he'd speak for himself), I spent
a couple of hours yesterday (Thursday) on the phone with him.  He still
has some issues.  I'm not sure he'd welcome an announcement just yet.
Perhaps checking with him would be a good idea.
