Two other possible topics of interest might be:

The new ways the Shib software is (or will be) fetching and using
metadata information.

Recommendations on ways to improve the UI experience of the whole login
process.

These are topics Scott and I presented at the McShib event in February
and both seemed to be pretty well received.
