Minor but “useful” developer feature in the http proxy space.

 

Fiddler – an plugin proxy tool from fiddlertool.com – has just added SAML inflate/deinflate to its widget set allowing developers to visually handle bytes in various encodings, typically as one debugs.

 

Same tool can do SSL client auth on behalf of a browser, as scripted for different targets. Very useful for testing SAML + client cert interactions.
